Entry-Level Mortgage Loan Accounting Analyst
Location: Hybrid

As a key member of the Loan Services team, your primary responsibilities will encompass the timely and precise accounting and reporting for designated loan portfolios. This includes preparing daily and monthly deliverables through data processing, reconciliation, and loan accounting review. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily and monthly processing, reconciliation, and reporting tasks.
- Upload static and market data, performing necessary reconciliations.
- Conduct reconciliations against multiple servicers, custodians, and asset managers.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies with established counterparties.
- Ensure accurate processing and recording of all loan transactions through GL transaction reconciliation.
- Conduct thorough self-reviews of work prior to submission to clients or supervisors.
- Address ad hoc inquiries and contribute to various projects.
- Document processes and facilitate cross-training initiatives.
- Maintain daily communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- 0-1+ years of experience in loan accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to meet daily and monthly deliverables.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Effective multitasking abilities.
- Robust analytical skills and exceptional organizational capabilities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
