Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire Accounts Receivable cycle with precision and efficiency.
  • Generate and dispatch invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring timely payments from customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts to prevent overdue invoices and proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Resolve billing issues and reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts in a timely manner.
  • Accurately post and allocate payments to customer accounts, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed accounts receivable aging reports to inform business decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment discrepancies with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer billing issues and disputes effectively.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable, ensuring seamless financial operations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role is desired.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel are essential.
  • Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
