Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Executive Restaurant Manager to join our team at Devita Hancock Hospitality. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to establish and maintain a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Manage multiple locations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, inventory control, and labor management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and community partners.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results.
