Our company offers a wide range of services, including alignments, brake repair, oil changes, batteries, shocks and struts, belts and hoses, and air conditioning.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling all products and services offered by Delta World Tire Company, adhering to the company's store standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone, using standardized customer service techniques.
  • Service Recommendations: Listen to and document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs.
  • Sales Promotion: Recommend services according to knowledge and clearly communicate any additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer.
  • Quote and Follow-up: Provide customers with accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion, and update them throughout the day on the status of their services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required
  • Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment
  • Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire date
