Job Title:
Director of Behavioral Health

Job Summary:
Medicus Firm is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to serve as the Director of Behavioral Health at our IHS Health Center in North Dakota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our behavioral health services and providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of behavioral health services
  • Provide clinical supervision to behavioral health staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance services
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes


Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Hold a current license from the North Dakota Social Workers Association Board
  • LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (preferred)
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency
  • Possession of a current, valid North Dakota State Driver's License, reliable transportation, and telephone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
