Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role presents an excellent opportunity to engage with a dynamic and results-driven team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing all aspects of our commercial insurance clients' requirements. This position demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and insurance needs.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients.
4. Evaluating and analyzing clients' current insurance coverage and providing tailored recommendations.
5. Managing the renewal process for all assigned clients, including preparing renewal proposals and negotiating with insurance carriers for optimal terms.
6. Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Working closely with underwriters and adjusters to manage claims and risk management matters.
8. Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and products to offer the best advice and service to clients.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the role of Commercial Lines Account Manager, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
2. A proven history of delivering outstanding customer service.
3. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
5. Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. An insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU is preferred.
