Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Continuous Improvement Team as an Intern. This 12-week program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement Analytics, while also developing their professional network and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating current operational processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to support process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members on various continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and implement process enhancements.
- Document process changes, create process maps, and maintain records of project progress and outcomes.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations for management review.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions.
- Demonstrates curiosity and initiative.
- Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.
