About the Role:
Parsons Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Command Post Personnel to support our Federal Solutions team. This critical role is responsible for maintaining smooth operations, ensuring efficient communication, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage and organize documentation, reports, and records with high accuracy. Perform data entry and maintain updated databases. Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Radio Communications: Operate and monitor two-way radio systems, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Respond to and relay messages accurately between field personnel and command post. Maintain logs of radio traffic, including emergencies and routine communications. Troubleshoot and report issues with radio equipment and systems. Follow established protocols for emergency and routine communication.
- Operational Support: Assist in coordinating and executing operational plans and activities. Support emergency response efforts by maintaining communication and documentation. Provide timely updates and reports to supervisory personnel. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Provide information and assistance in a courteous and professional manner. Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating as necessary.
