About the Job:
Titan Medical is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Ocala, FL. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting with cardiovascular procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cardiovascular procedures, including coronary and peripheral interventions
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including catheters, guidewires, and imaging systems
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history and procedure notes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist
- Current certifications in BCLS/BLS and ARRT(R)/RCIS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
