Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control subordinates to deliver quality products to our guests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Manage inventory, bank deposits, and other financial aspects of the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to team members.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
