We are currently seeking an Information Security Analyst to become a vital member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Information Security Analyst, you will collaborate with a global team focused on Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and Multifactor Authentication, safeguarding our data and assets against unauthorized access, security vulnerabilities, and cyber threats.
  • Your Role:
  • Deliver 2nd and 3rd level operational support in managing the SSO, Federation, and Reverse Proxy infrastructure, emphasizing SAML and AuthO protocols for Ping Identity, Apache servers, and related components and applications.
  • Oversee the daily operational support, performance management, tactical lifecycle management, and ongoing enhancement of the respective IT infrastructure.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve incidents, and implement changes to ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement and adhere to relevant ITIL concepts, GxP, Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Document Management, Qualification, and Validation.
  • Exhibit readiness to adapt to emerging technologies, standards, and evolving security threats.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain current with industry trends.
  • Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a major global organization, preferably within a regulated sector.
  • Comprehension of IAM concepts, protocols, standards, and experience with IAM solutions such as AuthO, OpenID Connect, SAML, PingID, Azure AD, Okta, etc.
  • Proficiency in directory services like LDAP, Active Directory, and experience with user provisioning, synchronization, and management.
  • Strong grasp of web technologies and protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, RESTful APIs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) for integration purposes.
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) along with knowledge of authentication factors (biometrics, OTPs, etc.) and their implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry-recognized certification.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Single Sign-On (SSO) Architecture.
