Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to and consulting with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Service Coordination: Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, and build computerized repair orders and source parts.
  • Pricing and Estimates: Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting shop service specials and ensuring transparency in our pricing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the shop.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of store or service writer/manager experience.
  • Automotive Knowledge: General automotive knowledge and understanding of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service disposition, good communication skills, and leadership ability.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license.
