Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our concrete construction projects in Syracuse, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex concrete construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial concrete construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of post-tension and structural drawings, with the ability to read and interpret complex technical documents
  • Experience with precast, vertical concrete construction, and formwork coordination
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management software and tools
