Vice President, Enterprise Architect

Fidelity Investments is seeking a seasoned Vice President, Enterprise Architect to drive the company's digital transformation and lead the development of modern, scalable technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Architectural Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on technology architecture and drive the adoption of best practices across the organization.
- Platform Modernization: Lead the modernization of financial platforms, leveraging enterprise patterns and tools to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and articulate architecture solutions to senior executives and stakeholders, and build partnerships across the firm to drive business outcomes.
- People Management: Manage, lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of architects and engineers to drive technology innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership and day-to-day solutions to squads, and drive the development of technical roadmaps and strategies.
- Architecture Experience: Proven experience in modern architecture techniques, cloud data technologies, and business architecture, including aligning business and technology strategies.
- Cloud Experience: 5+ years of experience using public cloud service providers (AWS/Azure) and building platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and engage across the organization.
- Business Knowledge: Understanding of the financial services industry and the business practices of participant and associate personas.
