About the Role

The Asset Management Treasurer's Office at Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President, Asset Management Treasurer's Office, Financial Reporting and Compliance Oversight. This role will be responsible for providing financial reporting and compliance oversight for Fidelity's alternative, retail, and institutional funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial reporting and compliance oversight for Fidelity's alternative, retail, and institutional funds.
  • Monitor the control environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate various audits, including external and internal audits.
  • Partner with Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations, and key Asset Management business partners in Legal, Compliance, Risk, and various Investment divisions across the firm.
  • Maintain and improve business partner relationships through strong influencing skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferably.
  • Minimum 12+ years industry or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years financial reporting, public accounting, or related financial experience.
  • CPA, a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations impacting mutual funds and alternative funds.
  • Advanced technical skills in mutual fund and private fund financial reporting, including accounting.
  • Ability to manage multiple points of view and influence others.
  • Ability to make and effectively communicate decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work optimally across organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
