As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our fertility practice.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-volume phlebotomy services with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Maintain supplies for blood drawing stations and ensure lab specimens are sent to the proper labs
* Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients, including providing patient counseling and education
* Utilize computer applications to enter lab results and print labels
* Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
* Work independently to achieve program goals and support excellence in customer service

Requirements:

* Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
* Completion of a formal medical assisting program
* Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
* Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
