Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join their team.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract to possible hire
Duration: 3 months
Location: Arlington, VA
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Collect and process blood samples from patients of all ages.
- Label and store specimens according to established procedures.
- Explain the blood collection process to patients in a clear and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using straight needles and butterfly needles.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in phlebotomy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Benefits:
Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
