Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on their issues and ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless service.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language required.
