About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our families and ensuring a smooth operation of our school.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage front desk tasks, including scheduling, registration, and customer inquiries.
  2. Communicate effectively with children and families through various channels, such as phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
  3. Maintain accurate records and update our administrative system as necessary.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience for our families.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to Swim: Everyone on our team is lifeguard, CPR & AED certified, and you must pass a basic swim test (50 yards) to complete our in-house certification program.
  • Physical Requirements: Stand, reach, bend, type, and work from an upright (standing) desk throughout the day.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Work the same scheduled days every week, including one weekday evening and one weekend day per workweek.
  • Sales, Retention, or Membership Experience: Strong presence answering phones and in person, with experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM and computer skills.
  • Dedication to Customer Success: Ensure both customer success and the success of our school by going above and beyond with every detail, meeting, and exceeding expectations to create a golden experience.
