About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team at Railserve, US. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Production Data Analysts (PDA) in completing inventory reconciliations in compliance with Dow Business Rules.
  • Perform daily and weekly inventory checks to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies found.
  • Respond to requests from PDAs and other Dow partners to check and reconcile inventory during the day.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel, schedulers, and other teams to ensure seamless inventory management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
