Inventory Clerk Role at Railserve, US

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Production Data Analysts in completing inventory reconciliations in compliance with Dow Business Rules.
  • Work 50% of the time in the office using computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, and SAP.
  • Conduct inventory checks in the warehouse or production areas, requiring proficiency in basic math skills and computer skills in Microsoft office applications and Outlook email.
  • Participate in a 6-week training program, including a skills evaluation and on-the-job training self-check to ensure understanding of fundamental job requirements.
  • Perform daily and weekly inventory checks to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies found.
  • Respond to requests from PDAs and other Dow partners to check and reconcile inventory during the day.
