Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Control.
- 3-5 years in an Operations setting, with a preference for candidates with regulatory, audit, or risk/control experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities to produce clear presentations, process maps, and identify gaps in processes/controls.
- Proven skills in influencing and collaborating with various teams.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of thriving under tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation communication.
- Comprehensive understanding of operational support processes, procedures, controls, and practices.
- Familiarity with operational product processes and control environments.
- Insight into the regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Global Markets Operations teams to collect, analyze, and support initiatives related to resilience and contingency programs, including third-party exit strategies and business continuity planning.
- Manage the daily counterparty credit alert process, including maintenance of SharePoint, reconciliations, and escalations.
- Ensure uniformity of information across Lines of Business for senior Operations leadership.
- Assist in regulatory examinations, internal audits, and risk assessments.
- Execute and oversee audit deliverables while supporting the issue management process for the Resiliency team.
Compensation Details:
$43.42 per hour. Benefit offerings for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
