Customer Account Coordinator

Nixon Power Services, a leading distributor of Rehlko Power generators with over 100 years of success, is seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Major Accounts Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key.
Key Responsibilities
As a Major Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting Nixon's strategic national accounts. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely updates, maintaining clear communication, and resolving issues efficiently. You will also manage the submission of customer orders while ensuring alignment with client expectations to foster long-term satisfaction and trust.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Benefits
Nixon Power Services offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
