About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Navigator to join our fast-growing Customer Experience team at Good Pill. As a key member of our team, you will identify patient needs, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience by resolving patient account issues.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and texts while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Assist patients with questions, guiding them through our website/app and account processes.
  • Collaborate with the data team to improve systems for better data collection.
  • Become an expert on Good Pill and our services to support patient needs effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer success/customer support experience.
  • Prior experience in prescription drug knowledge and pharmacy settings is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process improvements and technology upgrades.
