About the Role

Peach State Roofing is a 34 year old national commercial and industrial roofing company, headquartered in Lawrenceville, GA, with 22 locations nationwide serving all lower 48 states. We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support in our corporate office.

Job Responsibilities

This full-time position is approximately 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in-person only, and is paid hourly. Key responsibilities include answering and forwarding incoming calls, greeting visitors, providing administrative support to marketing and sales teams, managing FedEx and UPS accounts, sorting and distributing mail, and ordering office supplies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience as an office manager or administrator, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with construction industry practices and customer-facing experience are also preferred.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience
