Job Title: Traveling Laborer

Cascade Remediation Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Traveling Laborer to join our team in Medford, NJ.

Job Summary:

The Traveling Laborer will be responsible for performing and supporting ground activities at construction sites, varying from general to technical level activities. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, customer-focused, and able to work well in a team environment.

Essential Functions:
  • Basic skills should include knowledge of construction activities and methods, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate power tools on-site.
  • Advanced skills are necessary in carpentry, concrete, welding/metal fabrication, trailer rigging, tie-down equipment, torch cutting, and basic electrical and plumbing.
  • Perform groundwater-sampling duties at various project locations and utilize water treatment systems and applications.
  • Work in and around trenches or excavations with or without shielding, sloping, or other methods of below-grade work.
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of mechanical systems associated with site remediation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • CDL license optional.
  • Hands-on experience operating small to heavy equipment.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid OSHA-40/Hazwoper training strongly preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail and situational awareness.
  • Strong work ethic and the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.
