Cardiovascular Lab Manager

The Cardiovascular Lab Manager at LifeBridge Health oversees the coordination of patient care activities in the department, serving as a liaison to the director, medical staff, and other areas. This role requires leadership skills to delegate responsibilities, facilitate communication among team members, and employ a mastery function to advise and teach other Associates. The manager collaborates with the director to implement operational changes and reviews departmental supplies and capital/operational budgets.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient care activities in the department
• Serve as liaison to the director, medical staff, and other areas
• Delegate responsibilities and facilitate communication among team members
• Employ a mastery function to advise and teach other Associates
• Collaborate with the director to implement operational changes
• Review departmental supplies and capital/operational budgets
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of cardiovascular and intervention experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
