Cardiovascular Lab Manager

Job Summary
The Cardiovascular Lab Manager at LifeBridge Health is responsible for performing routine and specialized procedures on patients as prescribed by a physician and directed by department protocol. This role requires leadership skills to coordinate patient care activities of the department and serve as unit liaison to director, medical staff, and other areas.
Key responsibilities include delegating responsibilities, facilitating and ensuring communication among team members, and employing a mastery function to advise and teach other Associates and evaluate care delivered.
The ideal candidate will have a preferred Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of cardiovascular and intervention experience, preferably in a supervisory role. Additionally, the candidate must be flexible and able to handle changing demands, including the ability to use problem-solving skills, organize and prioritize work.
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of cardiovascular and intervention experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
