Cardiovascular Lab Manager

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Lab Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cardiovascular Services department, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized procedures on patients, as prescribed by a physician and directed by department protocol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities of the department and serve as unit liaison to director, medical staff, and other areas.
- Delegates responsibilities, facilitates and ensures communication among team members.
- Employs a mastery function to advise and teach other Associates and evaluate care delivered.
- Collaborates with the director to facilitate the operational changes to meet the needs of our customers.
- Reviews and manages departmental supplies and capital/operational budgets in collaboration with the executive director.
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of cardiovascular and intervention experience is required, preferably in a supervisory role.
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
