Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Compliance Specialist to join our team at Krapf Bus Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all operation locations are in compliance with Company, Federal, and State policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as experience with HRIS databases and compliance technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sound processes to ensure compliance with human resources policies and regulations.
  • Select and implement technology to enhance credential compliance.
  • Lead change management processes on process and technology.
  • Train users and serve as the primary technology contact for compliance systems.
  • Lead operational staff meetings to discuss credential activities, workforce planning, and recruitment plans.
  • Assist with the administration of the recruitment program, including job posting, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
  • Support human resources initiatives in partnership with operations.
  • Answer incoming calls regarding HR topics.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities.
  • Supply Safety History Record Requests as requested.
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compile reports as needed.
  • Unemployment Management and Communications.
  • Office and Shop Candidate Screening/Administration Onboarding Assistance.
  • Office and Shop New Hire Credentials.
  • HRMS Data Entry Backup/Reports.
  • I-9 Process and Audits.
  • HR Billing Processes DL-704 Process.
  • Employee Verifications.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, as well as three years of experience in an HR environment. Strong computer skills, social media, and internet skills are required. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
