**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Nighttime Pastry Specialist** to join our team at PR Management Corp. As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bread and pastries for our cafes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Bake a variety of bread and pastry products to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure that all products are prepared according to our quality standards.
  • Work efficiently to meet speed of service deadlines.
  • Meet the highest standards of food preparation, sanitation, and safety.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with management and fellow associates to achieve team goals.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of baking experience, preferably overnight.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Strong analytical and tactical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
