Job Title: Fitness Supervisor

Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Supervisor to join our team. As a Fitness Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a clean and safe environment in the fitness center, managing day-to-day strategies and operations of the facilities, and overseeing the fitness staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fitness programs and services that meet the needs of our guests
  • Manage the fitness center and ensure a safe and clean environment for guests
  • Supervise and train fitness staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and meeting luxury standards
  • Assist with programming for fitness classes and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure complete guest satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a high-end fitness center or luxury spa environment
  • Current certification in fitness, pilates, or yoga
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
  • Excellent personal appearance and professional image
