At Curative Care, we're committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to our clients. As a Speech Language Pathologist in our Outpatient Pediatrics department, you'll play a vital role in helping children overcome communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat clients with a variety of disabilities, including those with complex communication needs and feeding difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients and their families.
  • Document treatment progress and communicate effectively with referral sources, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the state of Wisconsin and certification in speech and language pathology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
