As a key member of our outpatient rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with a range of disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and create personalized treatment plans for clients with various disabilities, including those with complex needs.
  • Implement and deliver effective therapy regimes, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Accurately document treatment rendered, progress toward goals, and communication with referral sources to support billed services.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Current speech and language pathology license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence.
  • Ability to handle complex case scenarios, including those involving multiple providers, behavioral or mental health issues, and co-morbidities.
  • Experience working with a wide range of diagnoses, including those with complex needs.
