Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: You identify errors and inconsistencies with precision, ensuring accuracy in every assignment.
  • Organizational Expert: You maintain smooth and efficient operations, even while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Technologically Proficient: Familiarity with accounting software and the MS Office Suite is essential. Experience in automotive accounting is advantageous.
  • Collaborative Team Member: You excel in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of one year in accounting or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
  • Process business transactions, including accounts receivable and payable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts.
  • Record financial transactions accurately.
  • Receive and document payments.
  • Input debits and credits into software applications and databases with precision.
  • Generate various reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Verify accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.
  • Reconcile and report any discrepancies identified in records.
