**Position Overview**
The Client Experience Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Account Management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients throughout their journey with our company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide general project/account support to assigned account team
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, per discretion of account team
- Process daily orders in warehouse management system, requires some data entry
- Research & track problem orders
- Inventory Management for client product and literature
- Complete all regular tasks/paperwork associated with managing accounts – open jobs and coordinate efforts with all internal departments
- Provide billing support to account team
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred, not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels of seniority.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
