Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Mount Carmel Dublin. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing patient care on a daily operational basis, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and other support staff.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to patient safety and confidentiality.
- Graduate from a school of nursing; BSN required.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of two years' recent and relevant clinical experience.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team.

Mount Carmel Dublin's Emergency Department will operate in 24 beds with a mixture of adult and pediatric patients with a variety of medical conditions. The ED will provide access to patients in one of the fastest growing regions in the state of Ohio.
