Position Overview
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care and the effective coordination of all departmental functions during their assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to oversee and evaluate nursing care in line with established protocols.
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff, embodying the organization's mission and values to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
- Facilitate admission and discharge processes to maintain efficient patient flow and care quality.
- Engage in ongoing assessments of patient care quality in partnership with management.
- Implement nursing strategies to improve staff engagement and operational efficiency.

Staff Management
- Provide input on the recruitment, selection, and training of new nursing staff.
- Recommend and execute training and development initiatives, conflict resolution strategies, and performance evaluations to foster a competitive workplace.
- Assist in staff scheduling and manage labor resources in accordance with patient care needs.

Inventory and Resource Management
- Support inventory control and assist in managing supplies and equipment effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
