Role Responsibilities and RequirementsAs the Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will be tasked with providing exceptional, patient-centered care and coordinating all unit activities during your shift. Working closely with the management team, you will ensure adherence to nursing care standards, serve as a resource for staff, and uphold the organization's values to guarantee outstanding patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline admission and discharge processes to ensure optimal patient care.
- Evaluate and improve the quality of patient care in partnership with the management team.
- Promote teamwork to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Maintain a patient-first approach and engage in service recovery as necessary.
- Implement nursing strategies and provide insights on staffing and training needs.
- Oversee staff scheduling and maintain inventory control standards.
- Candidates must possess various certifications, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Trauma Nursing Core Course.
- Registered Nurse credentials and a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience are required.
