Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Arka Service. This role will provide top-tier back-office support for our organization and its employees.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR Support, including onboarding new employees, submitting background checks, and scheduling orientations.
  • Send company-wide communications to inform the team of updates and information.
  • Plan events and coordinate logistics, such as happy hour, food trucks, and social gatherings.
  • Support C-Suite leadership, Vice Presidents, and Functional Managers with special projects and questions.
  • Perform general office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Requirements

  • Friendly and service-oriented personality.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to multi-task.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $62,000 - $102,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
