Job Overview

The Fountain Group is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with high standards for safety and quality.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manufacturing equipment to meet production demands.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality systems and policies, including Quality Data System (QDS), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
  • Documentation: Complete documentation and verification activities in all applicable systems to ensure timely release.
  • Problem-Solving: Escalate line issues and opportunities, including initiation of Root Cause Corrective Action activities.
Shift Availability

The selected candidate will be required to work the following shifts:

  • Monday-Wednesday, Alternate Thursdays: 6 PM - 6:15 AM
  • Friday-Sunday, Alternate Thursdays: 5:55 PM - 6:10 AM
