As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, setting up sterile equipment and supplies.
- Assist surgeons and surgical assistants during procedures, passing instruments and supplies as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to aseptic technique and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective care for patients.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Technologist Surgery Certified (TSC) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 FBI Clearance.
- 2+ years of experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
