Key Account Manager

Bachoco USA is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join its team in the Fort Smith, AR central offices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges within the company's products or services.
  2. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery of products, and efficient resolution of any client-related issues.
  3. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the Key Account Manager for account development strategies.
  4. Client Presentations: Assist in preparing and conducting presentations and product demonstrations for key clients to showcase the value of our products and services.
  5. Business Development: Identify potential opportunities for account growth and upselling within existing key accounts.
  6. Contract Management: Support the negotiation and administration of contracts and service agreements with key clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' activities, and changes in client needs to inform account management strategies.
  8. Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  9. Sales Targets: Support the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, client retention, and overall account growth.
  10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver a cohesive and outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused with a desire to contribute to client satisfaction and company success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary and Benefits:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
