Position Overview
Chadwell Supply is a thriving family-owned enterprise in the maintenance, repair, and operations sector. With 28 branches across the nation, we are expanding into new territories.

To support our growth, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. The Customer Service Associate will handle incoming calls from designated queues and manage quotes, orders, and returns.

This role involves accurately processing all credit card authorizations, returns, and requests for order histories and reports. The Associate will collaborate closely with warehouse staff, account managers, and branch managers to address any escalated inquiries.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SalesPad.
- Capable of performing data entry and retrieving information regarding orders and accounts.
- Strong skills in process analysis and improvement.
- Ability to multi-task amidst frequent interruptions.
- Financial aptitude for understanding and facilitating profitable customer service order sales and fulfillment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required; some college experience preferred.
- Average computer literacy and experience required.

Impactful Contributions:
- Accurately process stock orders, quotes, and returns.
- Respond promptly to requests for substitutes for backordered items.
- Process Credit Card Authorizations for open orders.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team, managers, and warehouse personnel to resolve issues.
- Answer calls with a clear and friendly tone.
- Adhere to all account notes regarding account management.
- Acknowledge and respond to emails as they arrive.
- Engage in Lunch and Learns and other product knowledge sessions.
- Remain logged into call queues during business hours.
