We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring smooth operations at our establishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer payments and provide change as necessary.
- Serve a variety of beverages and food items to patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area throughout the shift.
- Perform cleaning duties including equipment sanitation, trash removal, and general upkeep of the workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail or food service setting is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations.
- Food handler’s permit as mandated by law.
- Ability to learn and promote menu items effectively.
- Capability to work in confined spaces for extended periods.
