Job SummaryAt Heritage Hotels & Resorts, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance Operations and Facility Management to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment, overseeing facility functions, implementing policies and safety procedures, and engaging with vendors and contractors.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Director of Maintenance Operations and Facility Management, you'll be responsible for managing facility functions, developing budgets and long-range facility plans, and overseeing contractors involved in facility projects. You'll also ensure that building operations comply with all local zoning laws and regulations. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing schedules for facilities and maintenance operations, allocating financial and physical resources, and forecasting inventory needs.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 3 years of progressive responsibility in facilities management. Hospitality experience is preferred, as is certification in OSHA Forklift or Scissor Lift operation. You'll also need to be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, and generators, as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, you'll need to have a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations, as well as experience with facilities software and MS Office.
