About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Multimedia Sales Manager to join our team at Forum Communications Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through innovative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans to achieve revenue targets, leveraging your knowledge of sales and account management to drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, analyzing their business needs, conducting business reviews, and providing tailored solutions to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients, and develop strategic plans to acquire new clients.
  • Marketing Solutions: Develop and implement marketing solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, leveraging our range of products and services to drive business results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative department to develop effective marketing campaigns, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

  • Strategy Deployment: Develop and execute unique strategies for prospecting and managing campaigns, leveraging your knowledge of sales and marketing to drive business growth.
  • Research and Retention: Conduct research on new industries and markets, applying your findings to develop effective marketing solutions and retain existing clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging your communication and interpersonal skills to drive business growth.

  • Self-Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously developing your skills and knowledge to drive business success.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales and account management experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
