Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Midwest Territory

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Midwest territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the region through identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities in the Municipal Water and Waste Water sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in the Midwest territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, process technology, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in strategic selling, business development, or field applications in a Business-to-Business sales environment
  • Broad technical/applicational experience in equivalent roles in Waste Water/Drinking Water
  • Strong presence when speaking in front of customers or large groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial and growth-oriented mindset
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year + variable
