Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our Sales Training Program, Grow Our Own (GO2), at our Mobile Engineering Center in Savage, MN. As a Sales Trainee, you will be immersed in a rotational development program within Fluid Power, learning about our products and systems for the Heavy Duty Mobile Equipment Industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales characteristics and skills through technical training and mentorship
  • Work in different departments to gain perspective and understanding of our complete systems solutions philosophy
  • Apply mechanical and electrical principles to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers
  • Learn SunSource's sales methodology and processes, including prospecting, territory planning, and account management strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or Agribusiness, or 2-year degree from a Fluid Power specific program
  • 2+ years of related experience in a Fluid Power position, or internship or training program
  • Strong technical aptitude, communication, presentation, and phone skills, and business etiquette awareness
