Advanced Appliance Repair LLC is a locally owned and expanding business dedicated to servicing residential appliances and restaurant equipment. As we grow, we are looking to enhance our team of office professionals, who are vital to our operations.

Our administrative staff serve as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing the daily activities of our technicians, managing our integrated software, and handling inventory control and related responsibilities.

In this position, you will act as a liaison, offering product and service information while resolving any issues that may arise with customer accounts efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidates are enthusiastic about assisting customers, demonstrating patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. They are adept at understanding customer needs and advocating on their behalf when necessary. Gathering customer feedback is essential, and our representatives excel at this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Generate leads for sales opportunities
  • Assess and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through open communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives promptly; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers effectively
